Bootin’ Scootin’ Casino Night Postponed to November 7
Due to circumstances beyond our organization’s control, we have made the difficult decision to postpone Bootin’ Scootin’ Casino Night to Saturday, November 7.
Ticket Holders
You will receive an email outlining your options:
- Roll your ticket forward to November 7 — as a thank‑you for your flexibility, we will double your play money for the event (from $75 to $150).
- Convert your ticket purchase into a donation supporting our mission
- Request a refund
If we do not hear from you by Friday, March 27, your ticket will automatically be rolled over to November 7.

We will be reaching out individually with options to:
- Continue your sponsorship for the new date
- Convert your sponsorship to a donation
- Discuss alternative arrangements if needed
